Raymond P. Treib, age 61, Fargo, died Tuesday, May 31, 2005, in his home.
Raymond Peter Treib was born October 6, 1943, in Mott, ND, the son of Peter and Kathryn (Miller) Treib. He grew up in western North Dakota and moved to Fargo in 1969. While in Fargo, he worked as a glazier for Glass Unlimited and Nelson Windows. He owned and operated Treib Enterprise from 1984-1990. He recently retired from Dakota Plate.
Raymond loved to play the accordian and polka. He enjoyed playing cards and woodworking. He was also an avid fisherman, hunter and camper, with lots of stories to tell.
He is survived by his special friend, Barb Hennagir of Fargo; his children, Kelly (Steve) Sauvageau of Fargo, Norm, Butch, Donald and Melissa; and his grandchildren and great grandchildren. He is also survived by one sister, Bobbie Treib of Bismarck, and two brothers, Frank Treib and Michael (Betty) Treib, both of Bismarck.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A memorial service will be held Saturday at 10:30 a.m. in Golden Ridge Lutheran Church, Fargo. A prayer service will be held at 6 p.m. Friday in Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Interment will be in Riverside Cemetery, Fargo.
