Richard Water (Sauvageau)

Richard A. Water, formerly Richard A. Sauvageau, age 60, Fargo, ND, passed away Friday, December 24, 2004, at the Good Samaritan Center in Devils Lake, ND. Richard Sauvageau was born May 16, 1944 in Fargo, ND, the son of Patrick and Germaine (Rheault) Sauvageau. He attended St. Anthony?s grade school in Fargo, and graduated from Shanley High School in 1962. He attended North Dakota State University for one year, studying electrical engineering. Rick enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was medically discharged in 1963. He married Fran Schatz in September 1975. He is preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his children, Steve of Fargo, Florence of Minot, ND, and Roberta of West Fargo, ND; his mother, Germaine of Fargo; and five brothers, Bill (Sharon) Sauvageau of Fargo, Mike Sauvageau of Germany, Don (Sandy) Sauvageau of Fargo, Greg (Rachelle) Sauvageau of Fargo, and Brian Sauvageau of Fargo; and nine nieces and nephews. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Thursday in St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, Fargo. Visitation will be held in the church one hour prior to services on Thursday.
