Rick Schuette

Rick Schuette, age 45 of Fargo, died Thursday, December 7, 2006 in his home. Rick was born on November 11, 1961 in Bismarck, ND to Robert and Shirley (Ruscheinsky) Schuette. He grew up on a farm near Braddock, ND and graduated from high school in Braddock. Rick also attended one year at Bismarck Junior College. He married Tamara Ohlhauser on October 20, 1990 in Linton, ND. The couple resided in Fargo where Rick worked for the North Dakota Highway Patrol from 1984-2006. Rick enjoyed hunting, fishing, NASCAR, photography, watching the F-M Redhawks, and had recently taken up painting. He was a great carpenter and was interested in technology and was affectionately known as ?Gadget Guy?. Rick was also a lifetime member of the United Methodist Church. He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Randy and a special uncle, Vern Schuette. Rick is survived by his wife, Tammy of Fargo; daughters, Amanda of Detroit Lakes, MN, Ashley of Austin, TX; parents, Robert and Shirley Schuette of Braddock, ND; sisters, Lori (David) Brown of Bismarck, ND, Sheila (Matt) Bohn of Mooreton, ND; grandmother, Evelyn Ruscheinsky of Fargo; several nieces and nephews and his best friends, Sara and Harley. Visitation: Monday, December 11 from 5-7 pm at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo. Prayer Service: Monday at 7:00 pm at the funeral home. Memorial Service: Tuesday, December 12 at 2:00 pm at First United Methodist Church, Fargo.
