Robbie Charles Lindell, 61, Fargo, passed away on Friday, April 19, 2013 at Sanford Health in Fargo. He was born on June 13, 1951 to Charles and Shirley (McPherson) Lindell in Grafton, ND. He grew up in Park River where he graduated from WCAS High School in 1969.
Following graduation, he went to Minneapolis for Airline Training. He worked for various airlines around the country from 1970 until his retirement in 2006. On January 29, 1977 he married Phyllis Nelson in St. Frances Catholic Church in Brainerd, MN.
Robbie loved watching sports, especially football, and he was an avid Vikings fan. He also enjoyed playing pinnacle with his friends. In his spare time, he loved fishing with his son.
He is survived by his wife, Phyllis; son, Nicholas; grandson, Jayden; mother, Shirley; father, Charles; brother, John (Sharyl); and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Thomas.
There will be a funeral service at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 23, 2013 at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo, with a visitation one hour prior. Burial will be at a later date at Memorial Park Cemetery in Park River, ND.

Robbie Lindell was a really nice guy to work with. I worked with Robbie in Chicago and had a lot of good times at the O’hare airport. I am saddened to hear of his passing. My prayers are with his family at this time.
