Roger A. Sebelius

Roger A. Sebelius, 53, of Fargo, ND, died Sunday, January 23, 2005, in Fargo. Roger was born on April 3, 1951, the son of Allan and Zella Sebelius, and grew up on a farm near Overly, ND. Roger graduated from Willow City High School in 1969, and spent much of his life working in the automotive industry. Throughout the years he enjoyed getting his private pilot license, computer related hobbies, publishing a newsletter, writing comical stories about his childhood and letters to the editor. In 2004 he received an award from Fargo's Forum newspaper for his letter to the editor about growing up in North Dakota. Roger loved his children, and recently his new granddaughter was one of his greatest joys. He is survived by his former wife, Rose Sebelius; his children, Jaime (Brian) Stanczyk, Rochester MN, and Chris, Fargo, ND; one grandchild, Kiana Stanczyk; and two sisters, Linda Lewis, Joliet, MT and Vicki Sorum, Moorhead, MN. The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, January 29, 2005, at Willow Creek Lutheran Church in Overly, ND. Per Roger?s wishes, his ashes will be scattered at Axel?s Bridge.
