Ron started working for the City of Fargo Street Dept. and a short time later  became parts manager for the Central Garage until his retirement in 1987.

Ron and Theresa spent countless summers at their West McDonald lake cottage with family.   They  were also foster parents to over 50 children.   In his retirement Ron enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.  He was an avid gardener and enjoyed wood working in his shop.  He was a great father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, who will be greatly missed.

Ron is survived by his two sons, Nickolas (Susan), Randy (Julie) of Fargo and two daughters Yvonne (Joel) Christoferson of Litchville, ND and Mona (Michael) Johnson of Fargo.
