Sheryl Anderson

Sheryl L. Anderson, 49, Fargo, passed away Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at Innovis Hospital, Fargo. Sheryl L. Lockwood was born to Melvin and Joan Lockwood on December 5, 1956 in Greenview, Illinois. She grew up and attended school in Greenview. Sheryl Lockwood married her one true love, Thomas R. Anderson, on November 5, 1977 in Springfield, Illinois. They lived in Detroit Lakes for a time before moving to St. Cloud, Minnesota. Sheryl and Tom came to Fargo in 1987 and have lived here since. Sheryl worked for ten years at Lewis and Clark Elementary School in Fargo. She is survived by her husband, Thomas, Fargo, North Dakota; 2 children, Tyler (Amanda) Anderson, St. Louis Park, Minnesota and Ashley Anderson, Minneapolis, Minnesota; mother, Joan Lockwood, Greenview, Illinois; brother, Steve (Maria) Lockwood, Raleigh, North Carolina; sister, Teri Lockwood, Springfield, Illinois; Sheryl was preceded by her father, Melvin. The ?Sheryl L. Anderson Memorial Fund? account has been set up at Bank of the West. The money in this fund will go to the Dakota Medical Foundation which will match all donations to benefit United Blood Services in Fargo. A plaque in Sheryl?s memory will be placed on the wall of the new United Blood Services building which is opening in June. A small private family service was held at Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
