Steven Cassidy

Steven T. (Butch) Cassidy, age 62, of Fargo, ND, formerly of Fond du Lac, WI, died unexpectedly on Monday, March 30, 2015. Steve was born January 12, 1953, in Port Washington, WI, to Harold and Leona (Hintz) Cassidy.
Steve enjoyed many things in life, including motorcycle riding, hunting and fishing. He was member of the Ozaukee Guzzlers for many years.
During his time in Fargo, Steve enjoyed attending church services at Holy Spirit Church and caring for and spending time with his close companion, Florence Shanley.
Steve is survived by his children, Kevin Schmitz and Craig Weston; his brothers and sisters, Shirley Turner, Mary Saldivar, Patricia (Reid) Rathjen, Tim Cassidy, Mark Cassidy, Eileen (Chuck) Kasten, and many nieces and nephews.
Steve was preceded in death by his Mother and Father.
Funeral services for Steve will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Boulger Funeral Home with visitation one hour before service.

My condolences to the Cassidy family,. I knew Steve for many years when we were younger. He was one of the kindest, helpful and most gentle souls I have ever met. He is surely among one of God’s most cherished and to angels.
My heart felt sympathy to the Cassidy’s. I remember growing up with Steve, we were in Cub Scouts together, worked on cars together and hung out as teenagers. Steve ” Butch ” was always quick to lend a helping hand. His parents Harold and Leona, brothers and sisters were all wonderful people and a great family.
