Thomas Hebl, 49, of Kindred, ND passed away Saturday, July 21st at Essentia Health, Fargo, North Dakota.

Tom was born on February 14, 1963 in LaMoure, North Dakota, the sixth child to Bud and Elizabeth Hebl.  He was raised in LaMoure, where he graduated in 1981.  In 1983, Tom graduated from NDSSS as a mechanic.  He then started working at Corwin Automotive of Fargo, ND for 23 years until health reasons lead to early retirement.

On March 17, 1989, Tom married his soul mate and best friend, Sharon Paul.  They made their home in Hickson, ND before moving to the country by Kindred, ND.

Tom was a talented mechanic who took great pride in teaching his son, Andrew about motors.  From the time Andrew was a small boy, they spent many hours working together in "the shop."  Riding his Harley was one of Tom's passions.  He took great pleasure in taking his bike out on the road.  He was also a very proud grandpa who loved spending time flying a kite, riding a lawn mower or tractor together with his only grandson, Jeremiah.

Tom is survived by his wife, Sharon Hebl; children Samantha Fowler (Marty) Walcott and Andrew Hebl (Aleshia Huffman); grandson, Jeremiah Fowler; siblings Gene(Lana) Hebl, LaMoure, Dale (Sharon) Hebl, San Diego, Anne (Mark) Christianson, Winnipeg, and Barry (Vicki) Hebl, LaMoure; and numerous nieces and nephews and their families.

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother Tim.
