  1. Dear My Loving Family Members,

    As I sit in Hawaii, and reflect about my step-dad, Bill Eggermont’s passing, I feel a true emptiness deep inside my core. I sincerely grew to love Bill, a kind, gentleman of men. Who truly loved and cared for my dear mother (his wife) Lavira Eggermont. He always put others first, and in most cases, went without, so others could enjoy what life offers us. A man of character, that possessed the highest morals, including deep, heartfelt concern and love for all of Lavira’s children (including myself), as well as their grand children.
    Mom… my Hawaii family is always here for you! I’m so very sorry that my family and I couldn’t make it to the services…but we are there in our thoughts and prayers, as you know. I only wish, one day, someone could write similar things about me, that I just wrote about Bill. Renette, the Twins, and I, will miss Bill… but will never forget him, nor stop loving him, and what he stood for. He stood for us, family! May he forever rest in peace, under god’s care!

    Love Bob and Family!

  2. Lavira & family;
    We would like to extend our deepest sympathies on the loss of Bill. He was a fun guy to visit with.
    We’ll always remember many years ago when the 2 of you used to come out and help out our home.
    Sincerely;
    Rita & Dale Haugen

  3. Our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family Lavira. Bill was one of our favorites during and after our time in Tower City. God bless you and yours.

    Rod and Mary
