Michele and the staff of Boulger were kind, efficient and professional ... but several additional qualities stood out during our memorial and prayer services.
They would recheck many times that all the information and planning was exactly as we had discussed with them.
Their technology services were exceptional ... providing a high quality video of photos to remember our loved one; making a video of both services for the family to share at a later date; editing of any needed changes were made quickly as they worked together with our family. This efficiency made our planning easier to complete.
We felt supported when we had questions and appreciated advice when we requested help. AND all of this went smoothly through the April snowstorm of 2019.

I can’t say enough good about a business that no one really wants to have to work with. In the most unfortunate circumstances I have lost two fathers in two years and Boulger has taken very good care of us. The staff is respectful, caring and thorough to make one the most difficult situations a little easier and beautiful at the same time. They not only want to genuinely know about the family member that has passed, how to best honor them and our wishes moving forward to celebrate the life of the loved one.

The last thing anyone wants to do is plan a funeral for their mother. But I am so happy I made the choice to make prearrangements with Boulger Funeral Home. I was worried it would be too sad, but planning the details was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The owner listened to my wishes and made planning a funeral seem more like a celebration of her life – which is exactly what it should be.

When it came to the day of my mother’s passing I was at ease knowing every last detail would be handled and I had nothing to worry about. The staff was very sensitive and offered the support I needed to get through an emotional day.

Losing my mother was one of the hardest things I have had to deal with but entrusting Boulger Funeral Home to honor her life was the best choice I could have made.

Jim and his staff were incredible during the planning of my grandfather’s funeral. Although preplanning had been done, there were still decisions to be made and I was guided through the process with great care and respect. I don't normally leave 5 star reviews but when someone delivers a service that I can't imagine how they could have been better, than I give them the rating they deserve. We were out of towners looking for a fast cremation for our father, so we could get back home with his ashes. Marty was great helping us do it quickly and at a very good value. His demeanor was right on and he helped us through the process as good as could be imagined without any hope of repeat business. If he was located in our state I would never look anywhere else. Highly recommended.

Anyone who wants great service I’d HIGHLY Recommend talking with Jim Boulger and his team. Our family unfortunately lost our father on August 30th, none of us have ever planned a funeral before. Jim made the experience as painless as he possibly could and anything we needed he was there to answer our questions. Never felt pressured into anything we weren’t comfortable with and he was always very understanding.
