Deloris Morrissey

Deloris P. Morrissey, 83 of Fargo, died Monday, June 11, 2007 at Bethany Homes, Fargo. Deloris Parke was born December 26, 1923 in Mayville, ND. She attended school in Mayville and Inkster, and graduated with a teaching degree from Mayville State Teachers College. Deloris met Pat Morrissey in Cooperstown, ND after his discharge from the U. S. Army. They were married in Billings, MT August 25, 1946. They lived in Minot, Bismarck, and Fargo where Pat worked for Dakota Electric Supply Co. Deloris was a fine homemaker, mother, wife, and an avid bridge player. She was a member of the Elks, American Legion, and VFW Auxiliary. She is survived by her husband, Pat; two daughters, Colleen (Greg) Keeling, Denver, CO and Sheila (Rich) Williams, Bremerton, WA. She was also blessed with two granddaughters, Kelly and Shannon; three grandsons, Patrick, Danny, and Justin. She is also survived by two sisters, Geneva and Dorothy.
