Dear Rayetta and family,

My humble sympathy to the family and friends of Kenneth. We never know how close our lives touch each other’s. We are all valued and cherished. Your remembrance of Kenneth brought back fond memories of my own. My dad, Reuben Meyers worked at NDSU for 46 years, retiring in 1981. He often met at the lunch cart for snacks and coffee with other staff from other buildings on campus, including the power plant. He also enjoyed bowling at Sunset Lanes in Moorhead and the Bowler, going to Tournaments, in town and flying out. When manual score keeping was a talent. (hahahaha). We had family in Pelican and on Pelican Lake. Thank you for your beautiful remembrance of Kenneth, your words brought back some wonderful memories. My condolences and thank you for sharing him with so many. Respectfully June Lundstrom
My thoughts and prayers are with you all at this time. (Deborah Dale Herbst)
I was saddened to learn of Ken’s passing. He and Rayetta, and their wonderful family were our neighbors growing up on the North Side of Fargo and became our family’s life-long friends. One could always count on Ken for a wave, a friendly smile, a fishing update, and a chat about Bison sports. May you find peace in happy memories of him. Wayne Koenig
