With deep sorrow and heavy hearts, the family of Wade Reuben Edinger announces his peaceful passing on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at Sanford Hospice House in Fargo, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Edinger, born on January 26, 1945, in Carrington, ND, passed away after bravely battling complications from a bone break and 20 years with EGPA.

Wade was the beloved husband of Pamela Edinger, with whom he shared a lifetime of love and devotion. Together they raised a beautiful family, including their daughter, Michelle Pharis, and son, Troy (Nova) Edinger, all of Fargo. Wade was a proud and adoring grandfather to Adam (fiancé Maria Darrah) Pharis, Jacob Pharis, Cole Edinger, and Nyah Edinger. He will forever hold a special place in their hearts.

In the earlier years of their marriage, he worked as a parts manager for truck and implement dealerships in Jamestown and Williston, ND before moving to Fargo in 1987. Wade’s commitment to serving his country in the United States Army National Guard highlighted his strong sense of duty and honor. He was a man of integrity and dedication in all aspects of his life, from his military service to his successful business ventures alongside his wife, Pam. Their partnership in owning and operating Great Harvest Bakery, Luna Coffee, and Pizza Ranch exemplified his entrepreneurial spirit and hard work ethic.

Wade will be deeply missed by his family, including his brother, Gary Edinger, as well as by numerous nieces, nephews, and cherished relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Reuben and Lela Edinger, and his sisters, Sharleen Boomgaarden and Sheila Oster.

The funeral service to honor Wade’s life will take place at 2 PM on Monday, April 8, 2024, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo, with visitation one hour prior. Following the service, Wade will be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Fargo.
