Kathleen A. Doyle

It is with great sadness that the family of Kathleen A. Doyle shares that she passed away on April 21, 2026, at HIA Heather House in Fargo. Lovingly known by all as Kaddy, she was born on November 3, 1929, to Eva and Herbert Doyle at the family home in Page, North Dakota. Kaddy was raised in Page, where she graduated from high school.

After high school, Kaddy moved to the Fargo-Moorhead area where she graduated from Interstate Business College. She then began her career at the Fargo Foundry, later known as Mid America Steel. She retired in 1999 after 48 years of service.

Kaddy was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Eleanor and brother-in-law Dennis Unger, her brother Donald and sister-in-law Phyllis Doyle, aunts, uncles and nephews. She is survived by many nephews, nieces, great nephews and nieces, great-great nephews and nieces, and friends who all loved her dearly. Kaddy was a beloved daughter, sister, aunt, godmother and friend. While Kaddy will be greatly missed, she will live forever in the hearts of those who loved her. Kaddy’s favorite color all of her life was red. Whenever you see anything beautiful in red, please give a happy nod to Kaddy.

Kaddy’s family extends heartfelt, grateful thank you’s to Jill and Yvonne, whose ongoing assistance and loyal friendships kept her going and helped enable her to stay in her home. A heartfelt, grateful thank you is also extended by Kaddy’s family to the amazing staff at HIA Heather’s House for the compassionate, kind, loving care they provided during her final days.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, Fargo, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, April 28, 2026, with a visitation an hour prior. Interment will be at Page Cemetery, Page, North Dakota.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Kathleen’s name are preferred to HIA Heather’s House or a charity of your choice.
