Mbella John Nganje

John Mbella Nganje was born in Buea, Cameroon, to the late Simon Elive Nganje and Julie Namodo Nganje, and was the fourth of eight children.

A devoted father of four and proud grandfather of three, he was a man who valued family above all. He had a deep passion for sports, serving as a football player and coach. John was a dedicated supporter of Prisons Buea Football Club. He was also a skilled tailor, loved by many for both his craft and his generosity, always willing to help others. After migrating to the United States, he earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Minnesota State University Moorhead, reflecting his determination and drive.

He was preceded in death by his siblings (Oscar Mongoh and Mary Lyombe) and nephew (Esuka Lyombe). John will be remembered for his kindness, his hard work, and the many lives he touched. He will be dearly missed.
