Adeline Rundquist

Adeline E. Rundquist Fargo, North Dakota Adeline E. Rundquist, 85, died Wednesday, November 8, 2006 at Rosewood on Broadway, Fargo. Adeline E. Gaarder was born May 11, 1921 in Starbuck, MN, the daughter of Andrew and Hazel (Swensrud) Gaarder. She grew up and graduated from high school in Starbuck. She attended Business College in Minneapolis. Adeline and Lloyd H. Rundquist were married on July 8, 1944 in Minneapolis, MN. They lived in Seattle, WA before returning to Minnesota where they lived in Ogilvie, Hallock, Warren, and Thief River Falls before settling in Fargo in 1958. She worked as a banquet hostess at the Town House for many years. Lloyd died February 8, 1998. Adeline is survived by her sons, Steve (Linda) Rundquist and Gary Rundquist, both Moorhead, MN; brothers, Arvie (Betty), Crystal, MN, Paul (Beth), Cottage Grove, MN, Dean (Betty), Sherman, TX; sisters, Arlis (Kenneth) Sylvester, Coon Rapids, MN and Marlys Flaten, Starbuck, MN; 4 grandchildren, Jon (Jeanine) Rundquist, Aurora, CO, Laura (Wyatt) Sokness, Moorhead, MN, Emily Rundquist and Abby Rundquist, both of Moorhead, MN; and 2 great grandchildren, Hannah and Noah Rundquist of Aurora, CO.
