Alvin Nokleberg Jr. passed away Saturday, February 14, 2026, at VA Health Care Systems in Fargo, ND.
Alvin is survived by his siblings Alpha (Lorren) Bietz, Fargo, Adeline Olson, Lawton, OK, Allen Nokleberg, Kindred, ND, and Albert (Vicki) Nokleberg, Eugene, OR.
He was preceded in death by his parents Alvin and Shirley Nokleberg.
Per Alvin’s wishes, no services will be held. Arrangements are entrusted to the care of Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo, ND.

I was sorry to hear of Alvins passing. When we (Bernsteins) started school in Davenport Alvin became one of our first friends and remained our friend for many years to come.

So sorry to hear of Alvin’s passing. I didn’t know that he was a Marine. I left Davenport in 1963 to go into the military and lost track of everyone. The Nokleberg family was a great addition to the Davenport community. Please accept my condolences to your family.
