Barbara J Swisher of Kindred, ND, passed away peacefully on December 3, 2024, at Sanford Health.

Barb was born on November 13, 1942, in Moorhead, MN, to Mary Luciene and Woodrow Everhart. She had a mobility defect when she was a young girl, which she overcame. She had a special relationship with her Aunt Jo and Uncle Leonard Paseka throughout her life. She married the love of her life on July 12, 1974. She had various jobs during her life, but three of them were special to her. The Highway Host, Tristate Auction, and The Lower 48. Barb was a very special lady who had a lot of compassion and love to share, and she will be missed.

Preceding her in death was her father and mother, brother Brian and sister Sandy as well as many other relatives.

She is survived by her husband Doug, 3 daughters; Ruth (Hardy), Donna (Aaron), and Maryon (Pat), and a son Robbie. She also leaves 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews and friends.

There will be no internment at this time.
