Beth Ann Brandon

beth brandon

We are saddened to announce our beloved mother, Beth Ann Brandon’s soul left her physical body to be in a better place, at the age of 60, on Friday, May 10, 2024. After a torturous week of multiple surgeries, her body succumbed to infection and she passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, in Fargo, ND.

Beth was born to Roman and Constance Weber on August 16, 1963, in Breckenridge, MN. She grew up in Rutland, ND, where she attended elementary school. She then went to Sargent Central School and graduated in Forman, ND.

Throughout her life, Beth pursued education and career opportunities in the healthcare industry, attending school at NDSCS, where she received an administrative degree, followed by cosmetology school to get her license, as well as Interstate Business College, receiving her medical assistant degree.

She moved to Fargo where she married and had two daughters, Betsy and Abby.

Her career consisted of working as a CNA at Elim Nursing home and as a cashier at Stop-N-Go, then as a phlebotomist at Dakota Clinic / Essentia, a medical assistant at Catalyst Medical Center, a phlebotomist at UBS, both in Fargo. She then finished her career working as a phlebotomist at Sanford in Fargo, ND. Her commitment to helping others and her gentle demeanor touched the lives of many patients and colleagues.

Beth found joy in baking, especially her delicious Special K bars, cooking, and spending time with loved ones. She cherished moments at the lake, on the patio, playing BINGO, and cheering on her grandsons at their sporting events and activities. She loved going to go shopping and to rummage sales with Betsy, and being Abby’s number one fan at any singing events she did and would often play her songs for all her friends.

Beth is survived by her daughters, Betsy (David) Ness of Arthur, ND and Abby Brandon (Hannah Price) of Fargo, ND, as well as her extra “daughter”, Maggie Dahl of Fargo, ND; grandchildren, Jackson and Charlie Ness of Arthur, ND; grand puppies, Freyja (Ness) and Finn (Brandon); brother, Mark (Vicki) Weber of Rutland, ND; niece, Anna (Jessie) Mastenbrook; nephews, Ryan (Darci) Weber and Adam Weber; aunt, Pamela (Bill) Braun of Wahpeton, ND; as well as many cousins and friends.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Romie and Connie Weber, and many wonderful aunts and uncles.

A memorial service will take place at 6:00 PM Friday, May 17, 2024, at Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo, ND, with visitation one hour prior.

The family extends their thanks to the Sanford Women’s department for helping them through this difficult time, as well as a thank you to so many of their friends and family who have helped them navigate through this time, as well.
