Carol M. Wright

Carol M. Wright of Fargo, ND passed away on June 30, 2025, at the age of 89 surrounded by friends and family. Carol was born on September 3, 1935, to her father and mother Harry and Sylvia (Idland) Anderson of in Edmore, ND. Carol met Henry Glenn Wright while working at the farm of Thilford and Floretta Newgard and they were married July 17, 1952, in Halleck, MN.

Carol and Glenn had five children: Ronald, Bruce, Bradley, Thomas, and Lorraine. Throughout her life, Carol enjoyed raising and supporting her family. This included her grandson Nick, who moved in with her and Glenn, in 1997. He lived with them until his high school graduation in 2007.

Carol is survived by her two sons, Bruce (Angela) Wright of Voltaire, ND and Bradly (Irene) Wright of Colorado Springs, CO; her sisters Marlys, Bernice, Shirley, and Sharon; her thirteen grandchildren and many great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Glenn; parents, Harry and Sylvia; sons, Ronald and Thomas; daughter, Lorraine; sisters, Dolly, Harriet, and Deloris; brother, Norman; and grandson Mitchell Wright.
