Christopher Mark Nelson, Georgetown, MN passed away October 25, 2017.
Chris was born on February 3, 1974 to Roger Nelson and Maxine (Lee) Nelson in Ada, MN. Chris grew up in Hendrum, MN where he attended Norman County West and graduated in 1992. He worked at EW Wylie as a diesel mechanic.
Chris was united in marriage to Traci (Kelly) Nelson in 2001. They had three daughters Jazmin, Paige and Morgan.
Chris loved his family. Everything he did, they were involved, from his love of fishing, camping, gardening, photography, bass competition, and of course his love for the stars.
Chris is survived by his wife, Traci; children, Jazmin, Paige, and Morgan. Also surviving are his parents, Roger Nelson, Maxine Nelson, brother, Phillip (daughter Katelyn) Nelson; in-laws, Ken and Paula Kelly; sister-in-law, Heather (Bryce )(children, Bella, Cora, Maya, Ej) Moritz; many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be from 6-8:00 PM Sunday, November 5, 2017 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center in Fargo. The funeral service will be at 1:00 PM Monday November 6, 2017 at Olivet Lutheran Church in Fargo with a visitation one hour prior.

Sympathy to the family…I knew Chris when he lived in Hendrum.. He was a family friend. Will be missed dearly.
Chris is was the kind of person I looked up to always seemed humble and willing to lend a helping hand, forever in my thoughts.
You will be missed
So sad, so young and too soon. Chris was such a great guy with a huge heart. I remember his love of stars-even in high school. My thoughts are with his family. May you heal quickly.
