A great guy.
Powers family! So sorry for your loss prayers!
My thoughts and prayers for the family. I came to know Dan while working at Essentia Health, we didn’t work in the same team but all the small talks and chit chats we had in the hallway reminds me how soft-spoken, kind and overall just a decent human being Dan was. Again, my condolences for the family. I am sure he’s at peace and will rest in a better place.
I was saddened to hear this news today. I will greatly miss seeing Dan at work, I enjoyed bumping into him in the hallways and outside on our daily walks. He was so kind and always took time to say hello and ask how my day was going. He will be greatly missed.
I am so sorry for your family’s loss. I’ve worked with Dan at Essentia since I started here 15 years ago. His kind nature and presence has been missed greatly and will continue to be. I will keep your family in my thoughts and prayers.
I also was saddened to hear of Dan’s passing. I worked with Dan at Essentia and walked with him on breaks, as he was very committed to getting his steps in each day. Dan was extremely dedicated to his work at Essentia and will be greatly missed.
Powers Family – I am so sorry for your loss. I enjoyed working with Dan. He was always kind and thoughtful. He will be missed.
It broke my heart to read of Dan’s passing. He was always the friendly face I looked forward to seeing and I have missed the random conversations we would have when we ran into each other. Prayers for peace and comfort to those he left behind. Fly high Dan!
I was so sorry to hear of Dan’s passing. Dan and I worked on the Enterprise Resource Planning team, at Essentia. Whenever I called Dan to discuss project assignments, I would first ask how he was doing … I was always answered with a resounding, “FANTASTIC” and whenever I would ask if he could take on an additional task, or responsibility, he would reply, “Yes indeedee”.
Dan was a consummate team member and always willing to help his peers. Often working nights, or weekends, to ensure his system responsibilities were completed in, “off-hours”, so as not to negatively impact his Finance, Human Resource, or Supply Chain, clients’ business operations.
His wealth of environment, process and systems knowledge will be sorely missed, but not as much as, Dan, the teammate and friend.
My thoughts and prayers are with the Powers family.
Sympathies to Dan’s family & siblings. I was a classmate of Dan’s at EGF Senior High. May the many memories of his life sustain you through this difficult time.
So sorry for your loss. I had known and worked with Dan for many years. He was exceptional at what he did and always friendly. He will be missed by those that knew him.
My deepest sympathies. I worked with Dan for several years at the clinic. The world has lost an incredible, intelligent, kind man.
My deepest sympathy to Dan’s family. I worked with him, via Finance, at Essentia for 10+ years. He was always there, ready to answer questions, dig into unique quandaries, and solve mysteries like no one else. He will be sorely missed but his memory will always be treasured.
I had the opportunity to work with Dan for quite a few years making lots of Dairy Queen items. We also rode snow cats and motorcycle together plus had the chance to tip a few barley pops together. He was a good friend and a wonderful human being. He was so thoughtful towards other people. He will be thought about often. Sincerely Jerry Qualley
Dan was a good friend, excellent analyst, so hard working and devoted to his employer – he could be called on for anything at any time and give it his all. We were all so hopeful this would pass so we could get him back.
