I worked with Don at Walmart for years. What a fun loving man that always had a smile on his face and a twinkle in his eye. I had no idea he was a Viet Nam Vet. Thank you Don for that service and sacrifice. Your laughter will be missed.
Thank You!!!
We had the privilege of meeting Don, along with his stepson Arron a few years ago, it was a true blessing. Arron, since has worked with us and Don would swing by from time to time to say hi and check in. He was always in the best of spirits, full of smiles and maybe crack a quick joke or two. The amount of love he had for his family & friends were very apparent. We knew Don for such a short time, but he made it feel like we had known him for a lifetime. We thank him for his service, and his dedication to our great country. He will be greatly missed, by his All City Auto & Service Family.
Thank You!!!!!!
My brother and protector, I miss you so much. You have given me many great memories.
We love you Miss Patty!!
Thank you!!
Thank you!!!!
Stanley (Ted) Nation, we went to grammar school together!
Regretfully I didn’t stay in touch since we moved in 1964!
Thanks you!!!!
Don, I remember the many times you would come walking through the Standard Station lot late at night, that cat ate the mouse grin on your face. Happy as a clam on your way home but you would stop and chat with us young men still in High School offering up your wisdom. You were older but you took the time to chat with us. I appreciate that and I hope you knew Jesus as your Savior. Blessings to you and for your service in the military. May your family be blessed and comforted in the memories of joy you left behind.
Thank you!!
I speak for all of us at Diamond Q Animal Hospital, we will all truly miss Don. He has been coming in with his pets for years, and we miss all his funny stories and his unforgettable laugh! He was a special guy; we are so sorry for your family’s loss. We will miss him 🙁
Thank you so much!!!
I’ll always remember Don from work, he had such a great outlook on things and had a good nature about him. Work (regardless of what or where) always has challenges, but he had a way of putting things in perspective. He regularly had fun stories and we would laugh at the things that should have stressed us out and sometimes did but with his stories would help realize what’s really important are the people we’ve been through it with and what it’s all about.
I appreciate Don’s military service. Most people, including myself, will never truly understand what they went through at that time.
In my memories of Don, His humor was contagious, and helped many people. I always loved his jokes about the “weeds” in the garden center (basically all the plants) it always made me smile.
I wish for peace and healing for Don’s family and friends. Blessed be Don and his memories.
Thank you!!
