Donna Lou Cossette was born on Oct. 27th, 1961 in Fargo, ND. Her free spirit and fun loving attitude could light up a room. Her infectious laugh was like no other. Donna enjoyed fishing, camping and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. She found great comfort from her dogs Sal and Niko. She spent her time as a stay at home mom and a daycare provider. She also worked at Fargo Assembly Company and Custom Graphics.
Donna’s last days were spent living in St. Cloud, MN, with her long time partner Joseph Herbst. She passed away peacefully with her family by her side.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Daniel Sr. and Lorraine; brother, Daniel Jr.; sisters, Susie and Karen; nephews, Chad and Jason; niece, Tanya; son in law, Jesse; and her beloved dog, Sal.

She is survived by her daughters, Tina (Robert) Kern and Sabrina Kemmer; son, Jamie (Melissa) Jansen; grandchildren, Tyler, Conner, Kaylee, Maddison, Leona, Abigale, Chloe and Charlotte; brother, Barry (Sandy) Cossette; sister, Debbie Moszer; nieces and nephew Theresa, Starlynn, Chrissy and Jordan.

  3. Aunt Donna was one hot mama! Her laugh was contagious. I will never ever forget that or her smile. My kids still request Aunt Donna’s salmon she made for us when we all came to visit. When she lived at Sabrina’s for a while, we had the best visit with her. Had so much fun doing our makeup, picking out outfits, and just had the best girl time together. Incredibly grateful for that memory.

To Tina, Sabrina and Jaime. My heart breaks for you. Time is the only thing that will help you get through this type of loss. Even years later you will still cry. Hold on tight to all the beautiful memories and pictures and know she’s always right there walking next to you and living in your heart forever.

    🙏❤️ Starlynn
