Eleanor Foss

Eleanor Foss, 84, Hillsboro, North Dakota, died in her home on Saturday, July 19, 2003. Eleanor E. Vang was born to Albert and Christine Vang on September in rural Buxton, North Dakota. She attended school in Buxton. Eleanor E. Vang married Justin Foss on (Date) at (place). They lived in the Hillsboro area where Eleanor worked at the Hillsboro Hospital before attending the New York Beauty School from 1962-1963. She then opened Eleanor?s Beauty Shoppe which she owned and operated until she was 70. Her husband, Justin, preceded her in death in 1991. Eleanor was a charter member of the Hillsboro VFW Auxiliary and was a member of the Royal Neighbors.
