Rest in peace Father Vince – he was a friend of my brother. Very proud of our very own priest from Rugby – he served well.
Blessings to you Father Tuchscherer. Thank you for your years of service. You were always a friendly guy and will be missed. You were a great addition to the Tri parish community. You deserved the new pickup you got for driving all the country roads. When Balta ND had it’s 75th Jubilee, it was great participation time. Your parishes loved you. We always said he was a priest that could connect to the local people. He and the parish bookkeeper were the Balta parade clowns . One of my last conversations with him was, when you get get to heaven, be sure to look for him, there will be a lot of us. R.I.P. Fr. Vincent Tuchscherer.
Bill, Judy and Family of Father Vincent…My thoughts and prayers on the loss of your uncle Bill. May he rest is the peace of the Risen Lord…
Father Vince was a good man, good friend, and a good priest. He was a humble man and shared his love of life with those he touched. I enjoyed having him as a friend for many years and will miss his phone calls. Blessed be his memory.

May the angels welcome him to paradise! Fr. Vince was a guest at the Holiday Inn for many years. It was always a pleasure to serve him. He shared his experience, strength, and hope with me. Prayers are with him and his family, Helen N. Steffens
I remember Fr. from his time in Napoleon. We had a Catholic school and he was part of that. I broke a coat hook once because I hung on to it. I had to go to Fr. and tell him what I had done. I was terrified. Fr. was very kind but I could tell he could hardly keep from laughing because I was so petrified. So blessed in having had him as our priest.
Genuine humanity in this man. Blessing to all parishes he served. Many blessings to all he ministered.
Fr. Vincent was Team lead for walking and running in Balta ND. An all year long motivator. Use the pavement, use the country roads, use the church if needed. After his move to Fargo ND, he used the apartment hallways and parking lots. He enjoyed being active. RIP Fr. Tuchscherer.
The Brandons from California are saddened to hear of Fr Vince’s (“Padre”) passing. We will miss his many stories. They were his way of teaching values and imparting lessons. We hope to continue that tradition to honor his memory.
