On April 27, 2025, Gary Lundberg, of Fargo, ND passed away peacefully at the age of 60 at Sanford Hospital, after a brief medical illness.
Born July 21, 1964, Gary grew up and graduated high school in Oakes, ND. He then went on to attend the Church of Nazarene College in Olathe, Kansas.
He later worked in the hospitality field doing hotel management in various states before returning to North Dakota.
In his earlier years he enjoyed going to church and participating in their activities – mainly quizzing. He also spent a lot of his spare time visiting and helping his maternal grandparents.
He enjoyed reading, watching movies, eating out, and visiting with friends.
He is survived by his son Mathew of Monroe, WI, his sisters; Margie Lewis (Duane Iverson) of Oakes, ND, and Bev Lewis of Fargo, ND, brothers; Alan and Richard Lewis of Oakes, ND, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Anders, father, Wayne Lundberg, maternal grandparents, Harley and Ruby Cotton, sister, Christel Clark, and nephew, Craig Parkhurst.
Gary had a kind and gentle soul. He will be greatly missed by those who knew him.
Sorry to hear that Gary Lundberg has passed away but did you know that he was married to Katherine Goodwin and wasn’t even divorced He left her not even a year of being married.
