Jerome "Jerry" G. Cicha

Jerome Gerard Cicha was born July 5, 1957 to Jerome and Gertrude (Herda) Cicha in Park River, ND where he was raised and graduated from Park River High School in 1975 and eventually moving to Fargo.

Jerry worked several jobs before becoming a Journeyman Electrician and he worked for Rickard Electric for 20+ years before retiring.

Jerry married Cheryl Ness on August 17, 1985 at Assumption Catholic Church in Pembina, ND. They made their home in Fargo where they raised their 2 children: Christopher and Chelsea.

Jerry enjoyed gardening, hunting, fishing, and watching the UND Hockey team and NASCAR Races. He enjoyed spending time with his brother and sister-in-law up at “The Shack”. His greatest joy was being with his 3 grandchildren whom he loved deeply.

Jerry was preceded in death by his parents, his infant sister Mary Rose, his Father-In-Law Francis Ness, Brother-In-Law Mike Ness, Niece Jennifer Sullivan, Nephew John Cicha.

He is survived by his wife Cheryl; son, Christopher (Kristin); daughter, Chelsea (Kip) Anderson; his 3 beautiful grandchildren: Keygen Anderson, Calvin Cicha and Ridley Anderson; 4 brothers: David (Beth), Joe (Karen), Greg (Rochelle), Mike (Terri); 6 sisters: Vicki (Tom) Larson, Terri (Glenn) Flaten, Berna (Phil) Efron; Julie (Brian) Thompson, Rosie (Mark) Veum; Helen (Tim) Wilberding; mother-In-Law, Dorothy Ness; brothers-In-Law: Jon (Kim) Ness, Dan (Dawn) Ness; sisters-In-Law: Pam Anderson, Laurie Ness and several nieces and nephews.
