Priscilla A. Poehls

Priscilla A. Poehls, born May 31, 1932, peacefully passed away at SMP Health in South Fargo, ND, on July 22, 2025.

Born to parents John and Gertrude (Pawlak) Jasken in Detroit Lakes, MN. She graduated from DLHS and DL Business College. She worked at Northwestern Bell. She married George R. Poehls in 1960. She volunteered for Cub Scouts and taught Catechism while her son was in school. She later worked for DeLendrecies for many years.

Pat loved being at their lake lot, reading, going over family history, cooking, and eating. She loved coconut and banana cream pie.

Priscilla is survived by her son Richard (Deb); her grandson Josh (Jamie); sister Gerry (Dave); sister-in-laws Betty (Ken) and Lori; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

She is preceded in death by her husband George (December 2024), parents John and Gertrude, siblings John A. Mary, Steve, and infant brother. A private family committal was held Saturday, July 26, 2025, in Elmwood Cemetery in Sabin, MN.
