Richard Joeb

Richard A. Joeb, 58, passed away on Sunday, November 19, 2006 in Fargo. Richard A. Joeb was born to David and Viola Bullinger Joeb in Bismarck, North Dakota on June 23, 1948. He grew up and attended school in Bismarck after which he moved to Fargo, ND to attend NDSU. Richard served in the Army from 1970-1972 as an MP in Korea. He returned to Fargo where he received a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry form NDSU. Richard A. Joeb and Judith Siems were married in Bismarck on July 13, 1968. Richard worked in research at PRACS, UND, the V.A., American Crystal Sugar, and NDSU until his illness made it impossible to continue working. Richard?s hobbies included photography, scuba diving, camping, sailboating, and time on his motorcycle.
