Tammy Renae Carver, 66, Fargo, ND, died peacefully on Thursday, May 23, 2024, in Bethany Nursing Home on 42nd in Fargo, ND.
Tammy was born on January 22, 1958, in Crookston, MN, and spent her childhood in Hillsboro, ND. Her father, Howard Carver Sr., was a Deputy Sheriff and District Judge, and her mother, Carol (Kaupang) Carver, worked at the local dental office. She worked as an LPN, beginning her career at the Hillsboro Community Hospital and Nursing Home, then at St. John’s Hospital, Dakota Clinic, and Fargo Clinic.

The two enjoyed shopping, exploring small town bakeries, and chatting over a good cup of coffee. Tammy’s interests included collecting Coca-Cola memorabilia and Precious Moments figurines. Tammy had a love of all things angels and enjoyed reading, listening to music (especially Celine Dion and Carrie Underwood), and spending time with her family and friends.
Tammy is survived by her brother, Howard (Linda) Carver Jr.; nieces, Stephanie (Matt) Antony, Ashley Carver, and Lisa Carver; great niece, Ava Antony and great nephews, Cohen Antony and Elliott Antony. She is also survived by numerous extended family, including aunts and cousins. She was preceded in death by her father and mother.
Tammy’s memorial service will be at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Hillsboro, ND at 11:00 AM on May 31, 2024, with visitation one hour prior. She will then be laid to rest at Riverside Cemetery in Hillsboro, ND.

I hope you are all well. Miss seeing you guys!!
Tammy and I worked together at the Birthplace at St. John’s Hospital. It was so much fun to work with her. She was so easy to tease! She had a special touch with the little babies. Keeping you in my prayers as you say good-bye to your precious Tammy.
