  1. Joe was an amazing man whom helped me in my recovery. He will be missed by so many. His family is in my prayers and thoughts. Love you Amber!!

  2. Joe was the kind of person who changed lives. Joe being a person of recovery for the many years that he was, set a huge example for a lot of people who were trying to find their way, including me. I learned a lot about life simply by watching Joe, and most of all, I learned how to enjoy life again, by his example. I am very grateful for the part he played in not only my life, but my husband’s life as well. Joe guiding him into the person that he is today, and in my husband’s words, Joe ‘saved his life in 95′, and many times after’.

To Amber, Michelle, Amy, Angela, Joey, Jacob and all the others who loved Joe,

  14. Joe’s Family~
Joe was a part of our group in Wahpeton years ago. He made the best hot eggs for the Vikings games at Sportsman’s Lounge. We shared many laughs and good times. I was glad I got to see Joe and visit with him a few times while we were both living in Fergus Falls. Prayers are going up that God wraps his loving arms around you & brings you comfort.

    RIP, Joe…

  15. Joe, you are one of the only men I truly respected. I never heard you say a negative comment regarding any prior relationships. Something I am finally able to achieve. I will miss your humor. With deepest admiration, John Estes.
