Agnes Dahl

Agnes Dahl Fargo, North Dakota The Funeral Mass for Agnes Dahl will be held 12 noon on Friday, February 28, 2003, at Church of the Holy Spirit in Fargo. Visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral in the church on Friday. Burial will be held in Holy Cross Cemetery in Fargo. Agnes died on Monday, February 24, 2003, at Bethany Nursing Home in Fargo at the age of 81. Agnes Lorenz was born on September 11, 1921, the daughter of Anton and Francis (Filla) Lorenz, near Fried, North Dakota. She grew up in this area and attended school. Agnes was united in marriage to Arlow Dahl in September of 1946. Together they made their home near Fargo where they raised their family and worked on the family farm. Arlow passed away in April of 1977. Agnes was a very active member at Holy Spirit and was a charter member of the parish. She is survived by her children, Arla (Fred) Hummel of Hugo, Minnesota; Kenneth (Kathy) Dahl of West Fargo, North Dakota; Sharon Early of New Market, Maryland; Doug (Jill Jonason) Dahl of Fargo; Janis (Dennis) Thompson of Fargo; Eileen (Mike) Buringrud of Gardner, North Dakota; and Tamara (Jerry) Boatz of California City, California; 15 grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Helen (Ernest) Moser of Medina, North Dakota. Agnes was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; and her 7 brothers and 7 sisters.
