Memories Timeline

Guestbook

  1. Alphe Rheault was a special man in my life and to many others. He worked so hard and would do anything for anyone. He was a selfless man who cared so much about his family. When our son Jordan was born and we were trying to figure out our daycare arrangements, Alphe stepped in and cared for Jordan. Keep in mind Alphe had not retired yet but he still gave of himself in order to help us and spend time with his grandson. i have so many things I could write here and have so many wonderful memories, from one of the first times I had dinner with Alphe and Gloria at their home and Alphe looked at me with my cap on and said, “Take that cap off.”, to the time Alphe and I started the lawn mower on fire trying to mow weeds, to the time when on a vacation together in Florida when Alphe walked up so close behind an alligator that I was just hoping that alligator didn’t react, all great memories. I guess I’d be remiss not to mention all of the times Alphe helped us with a project at our home, or to help us move from one home to another, or to mention all of the card games together on Sunday nights when he would make me so mad (in a funny way).

Alphe was a special man and I will always have a special place for him in my heart. Like many others I will miss him, yet I know he is now in a better place. God Bless you Alphe.

  2. I had the pleasure, of working with Alphe in the Motor Pool at the Air National Guard! Never had to ask anything from Alphe, he could and would do anything! Very talented man, and always a pleasure to be around always had a smile on his face. Will miss you my friend REST IN PEACE!!

  3. So sorry for your loss. Although I didn’t know Rheault families well Aunt Denise always told fond stories of them

  4. I am so sorry for your loss. I have some great memories of spending many days at your house – it was like a second home to me. Your family was my family and so my heart hurts for you all. Your dad was a special guy…he never said much, usually a “look” was all it took, but when he did say something you had better listen. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers during this time. Give one another a hug for me, and know he will always be with you in spirit.
