I still remember Alvin volunteering at Daily Bread with Nicole the twins – what a joy it was to have them there bringing smiles along with their helping hands. 6. Minot ND
Thanks for all the love, laughter, and support that only you were able to give. I know you will always be with us, even if only in spirit. Alvin always wanted to see the world and through his donor gifts to others, he’ll get to fulfill his dreams. Alvin-even after death, you are still helping others. You’ll never be forgotten. Love you Big Brother.

  7. Fargo CassMy mom and I send our deepest sympathy to the family. Our thought and prayers are with you during this hard time.

  8. Longmont COOur condelences to the Bledsoe Family. I, Mary knew Alvin and his family for several years while he attended High School with our oldest son, Jason and while his brother attended High school in my classroom. Steve also knew Alvin, who worked for him while we lived in Fargo doing odd jobs. May God and Alvin watch over his family left behind.

  9. God has this awesome power to give you another day
Also with this power he can take them all away
It does not matter how you feel if you’re hot or cold
He is the one that has full control
No matter how hard you look real fear you do not know
God know what it means but the human mind is slow
I know eternity is not truly here there is another place
And the only thing I truly fear is God’s almighty face

  10. Houghton SDTo the children of Alvin: I want you to know that your father will always be remembered by me as a wonderful man who truly devoted his time to helping others whenever he could. He had once told me that as a father he would try his best to give you the very last of everything that he had, yet the very first of everything he had gained. He fought whatever obstacle was thrown his way and he always overcame it. He was very strongwilled and he will be forever missed and remembered by all who had the honor of knowing such a wonderful man. For his was a life cut so short for a life yet forever lived. And always know that he is with you and watching over you every second of every day, for he is surely an Angel of God now.

I am so sorry that a great person is no longer with us. I remember Alvin had that great outgoing personality and the great smile. I had the pleasure of capturing his personality when he was a Senior at South High. He was so fun. You will be missed. Also, your brother Taurus has a great personality, it must run in the family. Bessie and family you are in our prayers.

I know i can hear you saying Brandi my back is hurting from carrying all these guys all the time . I hope you watch over them and send them some luck. Until we meet again my friend take care 🙂 Brandi

I was saddened and shocked by the news of Alvin’s passing. My thoughts and prayers are with each of you, at this time. I will always remember Alvin’s smile and his laughter as they were both contagious. Alvin was so proud of his children and his mother. I could tell that he loved them very much as he talked about them often. I pray that God gives each one of you the strength and the courage to face the days ahead. Keep the memories of Alvin close to your heart and he will always be with you.

I never thought I would be doing this for a friend and classmate sooo young. Alvin you were a WONDERFUL MAN with the biggest heart willing to do anything to help anybody out, you were a father that loved his children and loved to make sure everyone knew how they shined. I had a great time working with you at We-Fest in 2010 and thought I would get a chance to work security with you again in 2011, I am sad that I will no longer have that oppertunity 🙁 I will always remember you sitting in the chair sleeping after we got off work one morning and you were drooling all over and then woke up and smiled at us. May you rest in peace Alvin, you may have been lost but you will never be forgotten!! My condolences to the Bledsoe Family

  25. I remember Alvin’s antics as a student at South and his gentle presence as a member of South High’s staff just a short time ago. As a paraprofessional, he tracked students and always was willing to step in to help whenever our department needed his strength and sense of humor. It was so tragic and unexpected to hear of his death. My thoughts and condolences are with his family and good friends. Alvin was so proud of his children….he often mentioned them at work and was extemely glad to be their daddy! He will be missed by many, many people whose lives he touched.
