Anita Solis

Anita M. Solis Fargo, North Dakota Anita M. Solis, age 90, of Fargo, ND, died on Thursday, May 28, 2009 at MeritCare Palliative Care Unit in Fargo. Anita Perez was born on May 14, 1919, the daughter of Ambrose and Alexandria (Arechigo) Perez in Texas. She grew up in Texas and moved with her family when she was 10 years old to North Dakota. The family settled near Davenport, ND and Anita continued her education. Anita later worked for St. Luke’s Hospital and Reed Cleaners, both in Fargo. She retired due to health concerns. The past 10 years, Anita has lived at Manorcare Health Services in Fargo. Anita is survived by her son, Bill (Connie) Solis of Fargo; her daughter, Margaret Geirla of San Antonio, TX; 14 grandchildren; 44 great grandchildren;40 great great grandchildren; and 10 great great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her siblings, Ambrose Perez, Thomas Perez, Minnie Vasequez, Mary Haskins, and Delores Castillo.
