I am sorry for your loss, Mark & David. In the last few years I had the pleasure of visiting with your mom on numerous occasions. She was an exceptional person, and so passionate in helping others. So greatly, she will be missed. My thoughts and prayers are with you.

My sympathies and prayers to family and friends at this time.
I’ve known Annette for only 3 months but got acquainted with her quickly as I saw her often each week at church, care center, etc. In fact, she was one of the first people I met who is a member of Our Savior’S Luth Ch. I had just moved to Hillsboro and was doing a few errands; I was parked in front of the hardware store and my next stop was the post office but I couldn’t remember exactly where it was. There was a woman (Annette) who got out of the car next to mine who looked relatively friendly, and I asked if she could tell me where the post office was. And so she did. Then I introduced myself as the new pastor at OSLC. Annette got so excited and we gave each other a hug. That set the tone of our relationship. I fell in love with Annette. I thank God for the opportunity to know and love Annette and for all the love of God which she spread throughout her life. I will miss her fiercely as will others.
    Pastor Julie Johnson
