Beatrice Baker
October 12, 1917 ~ February 17, 2011
Beatrice passed away on February 17, 2011 at the Arthur Good Samaritan Center at the age of 93, where she had resided for the past 6 years.
Beatrice Cole was born on October 12, 1917 to Bertha and William Cole of Frazee, MN. After attending public school in Frazee, she worked various jobs before marrying Floyd Baker in 1940. They farmed by Davenport and Leonard, ND, before retiring to Casselton, ND.
Beatrice is survived by her children, Marlene (Lyle) Savre of Wimbledon, ND; David (Luanne) Baker of North Las Vegas, NV; Deborah (Doug) Baker of Clitherall, MN; Gordon (Liz) Baker of Horace, ND; and Tammy (Jim) Booth of New Richland Hills, TX; 9 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her sister, Cleone (Herschel) Koenig of Detroit Lakes, MN. She was preceded in death by her husband, Floyd in 1996.
