Carol Heinle

Carol Jane Heinle, age 47, rural Hawley, MN, died Tuesday, February 22, 2005, in MeritCare Palliative Care Unit, Fargo. Carol Jane Johnson was born April 12, 1957, in Albuquerque, NM, the daughter of Palace and Betty (Dietrich) Johnson. Carol?s father served in the United States Air Force, so the family had the opportunity to live in many locations. They lived in Albuquerque for two years, then moved to Oklahoma for one year. Following that, the family resided in Rapid City, SD, for five years, and then moved to France for just over one year. They also lived in Delaware for four years, and then moved to Custer, SD, in 1971. From 1977-1995, Carol lived in Gillette, WY. She was united in marriage to David Heinle on August 11, 1995, in Sturgis, SD. They moved to rural Hawley in 1995. For the past three years, she has worked for Integrity Windows & Doors in Fargo. She is survived by her husband, David of Hawley; her daughter, Diane Gilmore of Gillette, WY; two stepsons, Todd Heinle of Warba, MN, and Mark (Robin) Heinle of Warba, MN; one stepdaughter, Bryanna (Kevin) Koetz of Grand Rapids, MN; five grandchildren; and six step-grandchildren. She is also survived by her parents, Palace and Betty Johnson of Custer, SD; three sisters, Pat (Jim) Morgan of Rapid City, SD, Kathy (Dave) Burnette of Rapid City, and Bobbie (Mike) Alexander of Pringle, SD; and one brother, Clyde (Brenda) Johnson of Rapid City. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements by Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
