Chris M. Anderson

Chris Matthew Anderson of Fargo, ND passed away suddenly at the age of 51 years surrounded by family. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Chris will be forever remembered by his wife and best friend Melissa, their children, Matthew and Kayla and their precious grandchildren, William, Chloe, Dean and Bentley. Chris was born August 6th, 1968 in Fargo, ND to Floyd and Beverly (Rensby) Anderson. He graduated from Audubon High School in 1986. On October 25th, 2013 he married the love of his life, Melissa. Chris loved all things cars whether it be fixing them, collecting them, or going to car shows. There was never a shortage of brake cleaner and good music in the garage. He enjoyed going to the farm, working with his hands and building things. He loved spending time at the lakes and doing things with his grandchildren. Chris is survived by his loving wife of 6 years, Melissa Anderson; along with two children; Matthew (Brenda) Anderson of Moorhead, MN and Kayla (Chris) Hanson of Mapleton, ND; four grandchildren and many loving nieces, nephews and relatives. He was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Beverly; his sisters, Gloria, Judy, Terrie and his brother Tim. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Saturday, November 30th, 2019 at the Cormorant Pub located at 10790 County Highway 5 Pelican Rapids, MN 56572.
