Darrell Arthur Lehse, 57, Fargo, ND died Sunday, May 26, 2013 at Sanford Health.

Darrell was born Jan. 20, 1956 in Fargo. He was the son of Gordon and Audrey (Willems) Lehse. He grew up in Fargo where he attended school and graduated from Fargo South High School in 1974. Darrell was a career semi-driver. He worked for Dakotah Paper Company for 10 years, during which he married Linda D. Olson on August 27, 1977 at Pontoppidan Lutheran Church, Fargo. The couple made their home in Fargo.  He also worked for Fargo Freight, Otto Transportation and at the time of his death he was employed by Magnum Transportation.

He was a 20 year member of the Road Dawgs where he performed on the bass guitar and as a vocalist. He was currently a musician with the Stoney Bar Review. Darrell loved Motorcycle Riding, especially with his wife. He was a pit boss for his son’s racing team for 7 years. He worked many charitable events throughout his life and he will be deeply missed by many.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years, Linda; son, Caleb (Samantha), Fargo; daughter, Jessica (Matthew) Olson, Maple Grove, MN; sisters, Wendy (Timothy) Felt, Fargo, Judy Davis, Columbia, MO; brother, Grant (Patti) Riba, Minot, ND; and grandson, Isaac Olson.

Darrell was preceded in death by his parents.
