David Michael Wika, 45, Hillsboro, ND peacefully passed away surrounded by his family on Tuesday, March 31, 2015 at Vibra Hospital, Fargo. David was born March 25, 1970 in Hillsboro, ND to Walter and Janet (Thompson) Wika. He graduated from Hillsboro High School in 1989. He worked as a carpenter and farm laborer. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, playing darts and watching football and Nascar. He loved to spend time with his friends and really enjoyed the time he got to spend with his niece and nephews. He is survived by his parents; siblings, Cindy (Mike) Wright, Hillsboro, ND, Brian (Becky) Wika, Breckenridge, MN, nieces, Ashley and Kassie and nephews, Zach, Ace, Cody, Denver; grandmother, Janis Thompson, Caledonia, ND and many cousins, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Alex and Florence Wika and Wallace Thompson.
