David Roesch Barnesville, Minnesota David passed away on September 17, 2017 at Sanford Hospital in Fargo, surrounded by his loving family. Through his death, he was able to give the gift of life, through organ donation. David Harold Roesch was born on May 30, 1973 in Moorhead, MN, the son of Harold and Karen (Anderson) Roesch. He grew up in the Barnesville, MN area and graduated from Barnesville High School in 1993. David was united in marriage to Lisa Davis in 1997 in Fargo. They made their home in Moorhead and Barnesville and raised their two children, Zolie and Sullivan. They later divorced. David worked at Pactiv in Moorhead for over 20 years. He also proudly served his country in the Army Reserves for 6 years. Throughout his life, David enjoyed spending time outdoors, hunting and fishing, and playing darts and pool with friends. He loved all animals – especially cats. He was known for his quick sense of humor and always had a one-liner to offer. David is survived by children, Zolie and Sullivan Roesch of Moorhead, MN; his parents, Harold and Karen Roesch of Downer, MN; his two brothers – Ed (Candace) Roesch of Pelican Rapids, MN; and Dan Roesch of Downer, MN; his nephew, Anderson Roesch; and many other very dear relatives including lots of aunts, uncles, and cousins. David was preceded in death by his grandparents – Vivian and Francis Roesch; and Allan and Myrtle Anderson; his aunts - Vivian Mohs and Gloria Anderson; and his uncles – Roger Anderson, Arnold Anderson, Michael Roesch, Gary Estrin, Dale Gardner, and Gordon Stellmach. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 PM Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Boulger Funeral Home and Celebration of Life Center in Fargo. GATHERING: one hour prior to the service in the funeral home
