  19. I had the utmost pleasure of knowing David for the past 8 years. I was taken by surprise at the news of his passing. I will greatly miss the sounds of the Bethel choir emanating from your bedroom, the stories of Mitsy the poodle, and David’s gigantic grin resulting from his moments of mischief. No matter how hard or bad my day was going, David was able to bring a smile to my face and laughter to my soul. I already miss you immensely kind sir! Bust out some “Greased Lightning” moves for me up in Heaven.

  21. I am sorry to hear of David’s passing after so long. David was one of the gentlest, truest souls that I have ever encountered. We became friends as very young children, and although our lives drifted apart for various reasons, David had a unique ability to appear on and off throughout the years, at the times when it was most important. Bless you, Dave – the world is less without you.
