Douglas Lutz

Douglas A. Lutz Fargo, North Dakota Doug passed away on Friday, January 30, 2009 at his home in Fargo at the age of 44. Douglas was born on September 8, 1964, the son of Glendon and Barbara (Koel) Lutz in St. Paul, MN. He grew up in St. Paul and attended grade school. When Doug was 12 years old he moved with his family to Moorhead, MN where he graduated from Moorhead High School. He later attended North Dakota State University in Fargo. Doug worked for Teleforce in Fargo for over 10 years and most recently worked at US Bank. He loved spending time reading, watching movies, listening to music, and most importantly, loving his nephews. Doug is survived by his parents, Glendon and Barbara Lutz of Ottertail, MN; his brother, Gerald (Jennifer) Koel of Detroit Lakes, MN; his sister, StarAnn (Claude) Hier of Sabin, MN; his nephews, Dillon and Carson; and Gerald, Kevin, Jeremy and Mason. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 3 PM Tuesday, February 3, 2009 at Atonement Lutheran Church in Fargo GATHERING: one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday Arrangements entrusted to the care of Boulger Funeral Home in Fargo.
