  10. Oh Brenda, I am so shocked and sorry to hear that Jon has passed. Every time I think of Jon, I think of the story he told me about filling in for a weekend in Wishek, ND for his friend, think it was Dr. Kosiak? And Dr. Kosiak assured Jon none of his pregnant patients were due. Lo and behold Jon wound up delivering 2 or 3 babies that weekend! I have told many of my hometown Lehr/Wishek friends that story. Jon had such a quiet, funny way of telling the story and I laugh to myself every time I think of it. Jon had such smiling eyes! And he had a household of 4 spirited, independent women. The Kasparis have had more than their fair share of grief in the last few years. Life is just not fair sometimes. Thank God we have a God who loves and comforts us. Hugs and prayers to you, your girls and their families.

  11. May the Lord wrap his loving arms around your family and give you strength and comfort as you deal with this unimaginable loss. We will miss Jon’s mischievous looks and smile. We loved him and you. 🥰

  12. Brenda , Andrea, Leah, Katie and families;
My thoughts, prayers and love are with all of you as you grieve thr loss of John. I always respected him so much for his intelligence and enjoyed his dry humor (especially his “It’s an Anderson thing” comments! Over the years I have spent many wonderful hours with various members of your family and have always felt accepted and welcomed. He was lovingly protective of Brenda and his girls and only wanted the best for them! Treasure your memories and I know he will always be watching over all of you. Blessings and peace as you remember all the lives he touched and healed with his gifts. He will live on in many grateful hearts!

  13. Brenda and Family,
Our sympathies for the loss of Jon. You and the rest of your larger family are in our prayers.

  14. I knew Jon at Dakota Clinic, and he was one of my favorite colleagues. His office was on the third floor hallway, and I’d stop on the way to and from the hospital for a brief conversation. He impressed confidence, interest, and energy. I envied his determination with long distance running. A good man. A loss.

    Greg Hauge

  15. Kaspari Family:
John and I spent considerable time together while at NDSU in Fargo.
He took me flying on several occasions and we went skydiving with the

  20. So Sorry for your Loss. I knew Dr Kaspari through working in the Operating Room at Dakota Hospital. 22. I was greatly saddened to learn of the untimely death of my medical school classmate. Jon was a quiet thoughtful man and within Meritcare’s pathology department was my “go to guy” when I wanted to review pathology slides. When we were in medical school he was part of the front row crew along with myself and Don Koziak and will be remembered for his sly sense of humor and dedication to our art and craft. Please accept my sincere condolences.

  23. So sorry to hear of Jon’s passing, my sympathy to you, Brenda and your girls and families. I worked over ten years with Dr. K. in Histology/Pathology at Dakota Heartland, Heartland and Meritcare. It was a privilege to work with him! His good nature and ready smile made for a wonderful work place. He will be greatly missed.
You are in my thoughts and prayers ,
    Wanda Borowicz

  24. Brenda and family, I have fond memories of you and Jon. I had rather privilege to work with Jon during his years at Dakota Clinic as well as getting to know all of you. Jon was a good coworker and I remember flying with him to our satellite clinics and other places during his time at Dakota. I am sure he will be missed by you, his friends and coworkers and my wife Laurel and myself. I note that he enjoyed Florida. If you come to Florida in the future, look us up because we retired to Florida and currently live in The Villages. We wish you the best.

  25. Brenda and family,
We are so very sorry to hear about Jon. May the many wonderful memories bring you comfort and strength in the days ahead. Prayers for you all.

  26. Brenda and family- my thoughts are with you and Your family. May all the memories and family and friends support you during this time.

  27. I had the privilege of working with Dr. Kaspari in Jamestown, ND at Jamestown Regional Medical Center for awhile. He was a kind, gentle, caring provider and always treated patients/staff with respect. He was here with our “go-live” with EPIC. At the same time, there was a tornado warning and we had to evacuate patients to the lower floor. Dr. Jon looked at me and said “well, this is a great time to get caught up on charting.” We both chuckled and went on with our night of work. He will be missed-condolences to the entire family.

  28. So sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Kaspari
His journey on earth was too short
I am a lab tech that worked with Dr. Kaspari at Dakota Cl/ Dakota Hosp. His office along with the other pathologists were right outside the lab. It was nice to have a good rapport with the pathology team. Whenever I would bring a report for him to sign ,he was always interested in where I was traveling next.

    Sending Hugs,
    Marcia Olson

  29. So sorry for your loss. Our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
    Alice and Blaine Christianson
