Rosaleta “Rosi” Krueger, 57 and  Dwile E. Krueger, 56, Hebron, ND  formerly  Fargo, ND died in their home Saturday, July 23, 2011.

Rosi graduated from Shanley High School in Fargo in 1972.  Rosi attended NDSU where she was on the Dean’s list.  Rosi enjoyed being involved in activities while attending NDSU such as being a member of the Bison PomPom Team and even winning the title of snow princess.   She graduated from NDSU on May 27, 1977 with a Bachelor of Science degree with a double major in Home Economics and Child Development Family Relations with a minor in Sociology.

Dwile graduated from Hebron High School in 1973.  Dwile attended NDSU where he was an honor student.  While he attended NDSU Dwile worked for Archie’s in Dilworth.  He graduated from NDSU on November 22, 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Agriculture.

Rosi and Dwile loved to dance even winning a dance contest while they attended NDSU.  Rosi and Dwile were married May 5, 1979 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Dickinson, ND.

Rosi’s greatest joy was her children and grandchildren.  She was known for her warm and beautiful smile, wonderful cooking, her loving way with animals, and being a gifted artisan and interior designer.  Rosi enjoyed her visits to the botanical gardens.

Dwile loved agriculture, cars, and collecting coins.  He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren.  He was known for his funny sense of humor.

Rosi and Dwile were proud supporters of NDSU both as Bison fans and Bison Teammaker supporters.  Their love of animals and nature was evident in their garden and in the champion bloodline dogs they bred.  They had many careers including realtors for SK Realty in West Fargo, ND and Kukulski Realty in Dickinson, ND, as well as belonging to the Million Dollar Realtors Club; retail store owners of White Lace and Promises, The Uniform Corner both in Dickinson, and in Bismarck they owned and operated a gift shop and wedding store, The Gingersnap Station; art and craft artisans that designed, built and sold a variety of crafts for street fairs.  Their latest endeavor was professional champion bloodline dog breeders (www.goldenlightninglabs.com), which lead them into the path of internet entrepreneurship.  They truly loved marketing to the public.  They lived by the motto:  “To live life in our way, to be the persons we were meant to be, to do what we LOVE and LOVE what we do, that is our meaning of SUCCESS.”

They are survived by three children, Chandler Krueger (Kayla Sorenson), Hebron, ND, Remington Krueger (Alyssa Miller), Fargo, ND and Karissa Krueger (Tanner Zillich), Taylor, ND; and grandchildren, Chloe and Quinton.

Dwile is survived by his father, Ervin Krueger, Glen Ullin, ND and a sister, Marilyn (Adolph) Kiesse, Taylor, ND.

Rosi is survived by four sisters and two brothers; Rhoda Thiel, Mandan, ND, Rhonda (Kirk) Miller, Fargo, ND, Randolph (Kirsten) Clouse, Elk  River, MN, Ramona (Rick) Engel, Fargo, ND,  Rodney (Tracy) Clouse, Argusville, ND  and  Robin (Mark) Steenson, Hillsboro, ND.

Preceded in death by Dwile’s mother, Emma (Ding) Krueger; Rosi’s parents, Raymond M. and Rose Ann (Schott) Clouse.

Rosi loved the following quote:  “When you look back upon your life, you will find that the moments when you have really lived, are the moments when you have done things…in the spirit of love.”

Our hearts go out to your family during this diffucult time. We met Dwile & Rosie many years ago when they lived down the street from us in Dickinson. They were always friendly, kind & happy. In the past years, we would usually see them at Christmas time with all of their beautiful creations at the mall. We would always stop & chat & catch up. They were truly wonderful people & will be greatly missed. Our thoughts & payers are with you!

I have many fond memories of Dwile and Rosi as I was their secretary/receptionist for Associate Realty in Dickinson. They were newly weds at the time and had recently opened their bridal shop. Rosi was busy with the bridal shop but Dwile was still active with real estate. I will never forget I always had to keep after him for keeping our files in the office. He was always in a hurry and didn’t like paperwork! Both were exceptional entrepreneur’s at the time I first met them and when I last saw them about 4 years ago. Each looked healthy, happy and vibrant.

This shocking saddness to family & friends will take a long time to heal. Please know my prayers are with you.

    God Bless.

    Chandler, Remington, and Karissa,
I’m so sorry for your loss and I pray that God will provide you with comfort and peace during this difficult time. I really enjoyed working with your parents they were such wonderful people. I will miss seeing them bring in the puppies at the clinic for me to write health certificates. They took very good care of their pets and I wish I had more clients like them! They will truly be missed.

To the family of Rosi and Dwile, I send my deepest sympathies for your loss. Your parents were wonderful people and will be remembered for their kind and wonderful ways.
Please accept a poem that was given to me when my father passed away.

    Somewhere there is no parting,
    Somewhere it’s always dawn,
Somewhere no clouds obscure the view,
    Somewhere each shadow is gone.
    Somewhere there is no parting,
    Sorrow, tears or pain,
and there your loved one waits the day
    when you will meet again.

To the family of Dwile and Rosie, I pray you will take comfort in God and know that your parents will be rememberd by many. I am a classmate of Dwiles and he was always a kind person with a friendly “hello” for everyone he met. I met Rosie many years ago and took exercise classes and was in craft club with her. She was always gracious. No one understands these things but I will pray for healing for and a peace in all of your lives.

Helena MontanaI am very sad to learn about Dwile and his wife, Rosi. My mother Clara Ding Witte and Dwile’s mother, Emma Ding Krueger, were sisters. We spent time with the Kruegers, traveling to visit from Montana to the Krueger farm in western Dakota. I had not seen him for some time now. My heart goes out to his family.
