Earle Larson

EARLE LARSON Earle Duane Larson, age 78, of Guilford, CT died on Wednesday, November 4, 2009 at his residence. Earle Larson was born on December 15, 1930 in Fargo, North Dakota to Melvin and Anna (Haslie) Larson. He attended school in rural Mayville and then went to Galesburg where he graduated from high school. He went to Los Angeles, CA to take classes on tool design. He then worked for American Tool Company as a tool designer. He married Margaret Zozaya. They later divorced. He lived in California for 11 years, he then moved to New Haven, Connecticut to work with as a tool designer with the American Motor Company. After his retirement, he remained busy as an owner and caretaker of several residential properties. Earle enjoyed flying his airplane and attending air shows around the country. He also enjoyed spending time with his two cats. Earle is survived by his sister, Margie McInnes of Hillsboro, ND; and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; his sisters, Shirley Larson, Ardyce Harstad and Esther Johnson; and his brother, Lynn Larson. A memorial service will be held at 4 PM November 28, 2009 at the Hillsboro Medical Center Chapel in Hillsboro, ND. Burial will be held at Riverside Cemetery in Hillsboro, ND.
