Eugenia Sprenger, 80, Crown Point, Indiana, formerly of Fargo, died Friday, January 30, 2004, in St. Anthony Franciscan Nursing Home, Crown Point. Eugenia Glatt was born to Ludwig Glatt and Mary Wagner Glatt on a farm near Hague, North Dakota on December 30, 1923. She attended a country school near Hague, ND. She moved to Fargo in 1943. She worked as a baker for Holsum Bakery in Fargo from 1945 to 1957. Eugenia Glatt was married to Jacob Sprenger in Fargo on June 6, 1959. Jacob preceded her in death on March 29, 2002. She is survived by her son, Gerald (Phyllis) Glatt, Hebron, Indiana; four grandchildren, Cheri (Robert) Banzen, Michelle (Jerome) Groff, Garett (Shelley) Glatt, and Brandon (Angela) Glatt; nine great grandchildren, Philip Banzen, Hillary Groff, Zachary Groff, Lucas Groff, Chelsea Groff, Natalie Groff, Aaron Glatt, Cory Glatt, and Evan Glatt; and one sister, Bernice Weigel, Moorhead, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, five brothers, and two sisters. Eugenia loved Fargo, her family and many friends. She was an avid bowler for many years, and was an active member of St. Mary?s Cathedral and the Catholic Daughter. The funeral will be at 12:00 noon on Wednesday in St. Mary?s Cathedral. There will be a Prayer Service at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday in the Boulger Funeral Home. Burial will be at Holy Cross Cemetery. Arrangements by Boulger Funeral Home, Fargo.
